Five football clubs, operating at different levels of Scottish football, currently have Group Club membership of Dundee East Community Sports Club. These are: Broughty United Amateur Football Club (the area's leading amateur club) Broughty United Youth Football Club (for the young people of Broughty Ferry) Douglas Lads Ferry Athletic Youth Football Club Broughty Athletic Football Club (representing Dundee East in Scottish Junior football).
